2022-23 Player registration

Please register below for tryouts and as a player for Premier GVC. Use the age chart found here to determine where tryouts would be best suited to the age. (Zoom in to see or click on the picture to go to the file page)

Remember that the initial payment for Premier GVC registration is due before it is considered complete.  A confirmation of the completed registration below will be sent to the email address provided in the form. Parents and players must be aware of the expectations and agreements in this registration and waivers. Both must initial and digitally sign the registration.

Players must also register with USAV BEFORE registering here (your membership number is required) and before attending any training for the season.  There is a fee associated with USAV registration at that time. (Some teams may be required later to also join AAU. More information will come after team placements are offered.) After you have registered with both USAV and Premier, Premier GVC can send an invite to join the organization. After the player accepts the invitation, she will be part of Premier GVC.
