Krispy Kreme Fundraiser Forms

Every year, we offer a Krispy Kreme fundraising option. This is a fundraiser done individually by each player, and proceeds go directly back to that player’s fees.
The player will gather orders and money, turn them in as needed to Coach Bell, who will turn them into Krispy Kreme for the certificates. Each certificate is good for one dozen glazed donuts. Please turn in your order amounts by Friday, 6pm, and your certificates will be available to pick up from Coach Bell during your weekend practice time.
This has been a successful enough endeavor that many have paid all of their season fees thru this fundraiser in previous years.

Please order in batches no fewer than 25 vouchers.
